Croatia sailing trip
In the autumn of 2025 (4–11 October) we will organise our first ever sailing trip to the Mediterranean. The destination is Biograd in Croatia, just over an hour from Split Airport or half an hour from Zadar Airport. In the beginning of October, it is still pleasantly warm (over 20 degrees in the air and water), but the nights are cool enough to sleep well on the boat. October is also a little quieter, as the largest tourist crowds are gone. The wind should be around around 3-8 m/s, which means you can actually sail and not just motor around.
The boat is a 2020 Hanse 508 with 5 guest cabins, 3 bathrooms and a small separate captain's cabin with a bathroom. See the images below for a more detailed layout.
You can join alone or with a friend, as an experienced sailor or a complete beginner. Our captain, Oliver Silén, will make a proposal for the route and programme, but before the trip we will create a WhatsApp group where we can discuss the plan in more detail. Depending on the participants' wishes, we can sail more or less, cook our own food on the boat, or eat out at restaurants, etc.
